Mannings Heath roundabout is a multi lane roundabout with no markings on the roundabout. However, they are plenty of signs on destinations and arrows painted on the road to guide us into the correct lane.

This is what we see when approaching from the East.
We also need to look out for destinations painted on the road. Simply pick where you would like to go and get in that lane.
Arrows will also guide us through. When we see road markings on a roundabout, we still give way to traffic from the right, but we disregard "normal" roundabout rules regarding lane selection.
If we have observed all the signs on approach and followed the road markings, these are the routes we would choose depending on our destination.
